Upstream Brewing Company is looking for disciplined, high-energy Line Cooks to join our culinary team. As a staple of Omaha’s Old Market, we pride ourselves on delivering a high-volume, scratch-kitchen experience that matches the quality of our award-winning brews.

Execute with Precision: Prepare a diverse menu of high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Manage the Rush: Handle high-volume ticket flow with speed and accuracy during peak lunch and dinner shifts.
Station Mastery: Set up, stock, and maintain your station (Grill, Saute, Pantry, or Expo) while ensuring all food safety and sanitation protocols are met.
Collaborate: Work seamlessly with BOH and FOH teams to ensure every guest receives their meal exactly as ordered.
Maintain Quality: Assist in prepping house-made sauces, dressings, and proteins to ensure the kitchen is always "service-ready."
Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchen is preferred.
Skills: Strong knife skills and a solid understanding of various cooking techniques (grilling, searing, frying, etc.).
Speed & Stamina: Ability to remain focused and efficient under pressure while standing for extended periods.
Reliability: A team-player mentality with a consistent track record of punctuality.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
